If you are a CRO, clinical trial unit, or company preparing applications on behalf of others, standard commercial fees apply. This ensures we can fairly sustain and continue improving these specialized compliance tools.

Who actually runs the GPT when I click your link?
When you click our link to launch, for example, the Investigator Brochure Creator-GPT, the tool runs entirely inside your own OpenAI account environment. It does not run on our servers — we simply created the GPT logic and provided the link.
Will this use your OpenAI subscription or credits?
No. Your use of the GPT will consume your own OpenAI subscription or free usage quota, depending on your account plan (like ChatGPT Free, Plus, or Team). It does not impact our account, and we do not see or pay for your conversations.
Is my chat private? Do you get to see what I do?
No — we do not see your chats. All of your prompts and conversations with the GPT stay inside your OpenAI account, private and governed by OpenAI’s privacy policies. We only provided the GPT’s instructions — we never receive your input or results.
Can I run your GPT inside an iframe on your site?
No. For security reasons (protecting your data and session), OpenAI does not allow their chat environment to be embedded in iframes on other websites. Instead, when you click our “Launch GPT” button, it opens in a new tab on OpenAI’s secure platform.
Will I be charged money for using your GPT?
Not by us — ever. But your interactions will count against your OpenAI usage quota. We get no commission or fees — your billing relationship is solely with OpenAI.
